2025 Ford F-150 Engines

The standard configuration uses a 325-horsepower 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine that churns out 400 lb-ft of torque, providing ample power for most drivers.  

If you need more spirit or muscle, you can upgrade to a 5.0L V8 or a 3.5L EcoBoost V6, both of which provide 400 horsepower and 410 or 500 lb-ft of torque, respectively. A high-output 3.5L V6 option brings even greater power. A hybrid engine is also available or you can go all out with a high-output supercharged 5.2L V8 engine that delivers 720 horsepower and 640 lb-ft of torque.

Off-Road-Ready Features 

From the standard rear-wheel drive to the four-wheel drive models, each F-150 trim level boasts a host of off-roading features. The base drivetrain pairs with six selectable drive modes, including modes for slippery surfaces and trails. In the 4×4 configuration, terrain-specific drive modes for deep snow, sand, mud, and ruts, make it easy to adjust performance to changing terrain conditions.

Configuration Options 

Beyond powertrain and drivetrain options, you can choose from various cab and bed styles. The regular cab is perfect if you need a work truck with plenty of room for cargo. You can pair it with a 6.5-foot or an 8-foot bed, so you can easily match capacity to your needs.
