Steering Hope: Mid-State Ford Gives Back to WVU Medicine Children’s

At Mid-State Ford, we believe in more than just moving vehicles. This August, we’re proud to support an organization that is changing the lives of children and their families right here in our great state of West Virginia.

All month long, for every vehicle sold, new and used, we’re donating $100 to WVU Medicine Children’s–a hospital that has touched countless lives in our community and continues to lead with compassion, care, and expertise.

A Local Mission That Means the World

Located in Morgantown, this hospital is home to West Virginia’s largest and most advanced pediatric and maternal care team, offering everything from neonatal intensive care to specialized surgeries and pediatric oncology care.

They’ve earned recognition for good reason: with passionate staff, cutting-edge care, and a genuine commitment to children’s health, WVU Medicine Children’s has been ranked as the state’s best children’s hospital by U.S. News & World Report for four years straight. It’s something to take pride in and hope for our entire region.

We carry on this tradition year after year because we’ve seen for ourselves what this organization does for families right here in our community. Giving back is one small thing we can do to support the big things they accomplish each day.

Each vehicle bought in August is a contribution toward recovery and resources that keep our kids and families strong while facing some of life’s toughest moments.
